Abandoned Leon Allart villa in Łódź, Poland

It sometimes happens that some things disappear, e.g. Chupa Chups banana-chocolate lollipops have disappeared from store regiments, just like the magic stars of Milki Way. Whoever has tried them knows how amazing they tasted, but what about those who did not even have the opportunity to taste them? This is what I felt in August 2019. It was then that I parked my 20-year-old car on Wróblewskiego Street in Łódź under a certain renovated villa. However, the purpose of our trip was completely different then, we went to the EC2 power plant to visit the control room, cooling chimney and power unit. It was the first time I saw the villa in my life. I didn't know anything about it and disregarded it enough that I didn't even try to see what was inside. A few weeks later, I found out that it is the villa of one of the few industrialists from Lodz - Leon Allart. I also learned that it has an amazing stained glass window inside, a beautiful staircase and that it has been secured against devastation, which is associated with the lack of entry inside. My heart broke. The object that was at hand may be lost forever. But luck smiled at me after all. 2 years of waiting and uncertainty, and finally I got the information that I can go inside this insane villa. When on Friday evening I received information that I would be able to visit it, on Saturday at 5 am I was already on my way to Lodz. Be vigilant, keep an eye out for objects, and never let go of your exploration. The objects we visit disappear faster than you think.
